I had a fantastic stay at this place. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and looked after. When I arrived earlier than the check-in time, they were understanding and allowed me to check in with no extra fee. It was such a relief after a long trip. The room was extremely comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, nestled next to a beautiful green park. It was peaceful and tranquil, yet still close to the city center. The service provided, including room service and housekeeping, was top-notch. I also enjoyed the welcome drink and the availability of in-room breakfast. the enhanced comfort and quality services provided at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel had a comfortable bed and a clean room. The breakfast was good and had a good variety of options to pick from. The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to all the shops and transportation.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was annoying. Every time we wanted to connect to the internet we had to get a new log on and password.

For the price we paid, we definitely got great value. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early without any extra charge.

The morning meal could have been improved by ensuring that special dietary requests are communicated to the kitchen staff.
