The front desk staff and housekeeping were excellent, and we loved the convenient coffee stand in the lobby. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Plaza. The location of the hotel couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of everything. We parked our car with the valet and didn't need it again throughout our stay. The room we booked, a deluxe King, was a perfect blend of historical charm and modern aesthetics. The furnishings and design details were impressive. We were pleased to find that our request for a room with a walk-in shower was granted.
