We definitely got our money's worth at this hotel. The room we were upgraded to was simply amazing, with a stunning view of the Black Forest and River Oos. The location was perfect too, close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

We also enjoyed the excellent service at the solarium restaurant, especially from Pierre, who went above and beyond to provide us with a personal touch. The breakfast was delicious and provided a wide variety of options. the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
