Our Xmas stay was great! the panoramic views were breathtaking, and we enjoyed the warm pool area and sauna anytime we wanted. the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. We also appreciated the free parking and the stunning location near the Rhine river.

The hotel is a bit run down, especially the rooms and the pool area. we found the value for money not to be great.
