Noisy surroundings

The staff at Crowne Plaza were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. They even had a loyalty scheme that provided a free drink for members. The room had all the necessary amenities and was comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the zoo, Christmas market, and public transportation. The breakfast served was also delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

One minor downside was that I had to wait an extra hour in my room because the maid took the extra blanket and turned off the electricity, causing my phone and watch to stop charging. Additionally, there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the database such as the lack of shelves or a wardrobe in the room, cold water in the swimming pool, and a misunderstanding about breakfast inclusion for the duration of the stay.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Berlin for a week-long business trip. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to U-bahn and S-bahn stations, as well as the popular Kurfurstendamm shopping street. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and all of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, I appreciated the individual temperature control in the rooms and the ability to open the windows for fresh air.

Another great aspect of the hotel was the pool and sauna facilities. It was a nice way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel's location was perfect. It was close to the U-Bahn, making it easy to get around, and it was surrounded by a variety of shops and the Christmas market at Kaiser Wilhelm Kirche. It was a great place to stay during the festive season.

One thing that could be improved upon was the breakfast experience. It was quite crowded and there were often long queues to get into the breakfast room.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated near the main shopping street in Berlin and in a lovely neighborhood. We were able to easily explore the city and visit the nearby zoo. The staff at this place were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any requests we had. The room itself was comfortable with amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast every morning before heading out for a day of exploring.

The only downside was that the staff made no efforts to look up our names upon arrival and there was a bit of a mix-up with payment, which was quickly resolved by the manager. Despite these minor inconveniences, we would still highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Berlin.
