Loved the super comfy purple pillows and the lovely decor made my stay more enjoyable.

central train station, making travel easy. The breakfast was a culinary delight, offering a wide range of options including made-to-order eggs. One minor downside was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t reliable in all areas, but the friendly staff made up for it.

the room was cozy, but waking up in the breakfast room was a definite struggle. i also had to navigate awkward stairs—surely I deserve better? honestly, an upgrade would have been nice since when I was there, no one even offered a drink! what happened to special treatment? utterly disappointing, I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

domspitzen is super close to the main train station, just a 3-minute walk. the breakfast is fantastic with an omelette menu. The staff is friendly and classy. my room had a stylish, cozy decor that made me feel at home.

The hotel is just a short walk from the stunning cologne cathedral and has easy access to lovely local restaurants, making it an excellent base for my weekend strolls through the city. i truly enjoyed visiting the roman-germanic museum for its fascinating exhibits, all while feeling welcomed by the friendly staff throughout my stay.

I had a terrible experience with the staff, especially Gina, who publicly scolded me for arriving late to breakfast by only twelve minutes. It was downright humiliating and unprofessional. Also, being allocated a room with no lift access was exhausting after long days of exploring. I can't believe they would do that with someone of my age. The shower design was an oversight. the high tray made it difficult to navigate safely.

The friendly staff went above and beyond, even preparing a breakfast box for my early departure. The breakfast variety was impressive, and the location offered a peaceful retreat close to the central station.

Inconsistent bathroom arrangements were inconvenient, with some facilities being located away from the rooms. Access to some floors via a small elevator could be a hassle, especially for those carrying luggage.

We enjoyed our stay with a few couples at this charming spot. The breakfast spread was amazing, and we loved the friendly vibe. It’s close to the Dom, and we had a great time exploring local cafes and attractions together.
