I recently stayed at Hotel Domspitzen in Cologne for a few nights on a business trip and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, especially being close to the train station. Despite some construction work going on outside, it didn't cause any issues. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a pleasant decor. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, even calling us promptly when we left some valuables behind. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding breakfast spread - easily the best I've ever seen at a hotel. We will definitely be returning next year.

What a great city trip! the complementary chocolate and cake surprised me and added a personal touch to the warm welcome I received! the breakfast was the best I had ever had with a wide range of options to choose from, including omelettes and croissants, and all of them done to perfection. Lastly, the location was key with easy access to the train station and amazing sights nearby.

Despite everything, it’s worth noting that the soundproofing could use some work. While the room was lovely, there was some noise from outside that kept me up.
