Stunning location, friendly staff, delicious food, excellent service, beautiful rooms.

Nothing to fault.

I got excellent value for my money at Holiday Inn Suva. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a beautiful view over Suva Bay to the mountains beyond. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the town and attractions, right on the seafront. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the staff's exceptional treatment. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I can't thank them enough for their impeccable service levels.

The breakfast selection could be improved. While the spread was excellent, the egg cooking station was not efficient.

Loved the well-maintained rooms and friendly staff. the wood-fired pizzas and salads were the best in town. Also, the happy hour with the best draft beer was a highlight. the staff, including Nancy, was welcoming and took care of any issues that came up. Plus, the hotel had great security guards and a warm and professional service from the whole team.

There were a couple of incidents that detracted from the experience. One night, room service delivered a burnt and inedible burger.

The rooms were spacious and had a nice balcony. Breakfast and good WIFI were included. the hotel had a great location by the sea and a fantastic swimming pool. the staff were pleasant and helpful. Plenty of restaurants were within walking distance.

The dinner choices were a bit limited. Additional washing machines and dryers should be purchased for the in-house laundry service.

We had a great experience at this 4-star hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our check-in and check-out process seamless. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that was so cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with several good restaurants around. We also appreciated the excellent room service, car hire, and dry cleaning options available. our stay here was fantastic and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff were quick to serve and provided the best services we have ever experienced. They were so courteous and gave us that well-loved Fijian hospitality. The room was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV. The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool and a sun terrace where we could relax and enjoy the sun. the service and the facilities here made our stay truly enjoyable.

I had a fabulous stay at a centrally positioned hotel with wonderful water views. My room, overlooking the pool area, had a small balcony where I could enjoy the sunset. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. The hotel is great for both leisure and business travelers. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Government Buildings and the Parliament with the museum being just a short walk away. the breakfast was quite impressive with well-labelled food options for travelers with dietary limitations. the rooms were well-furbished and cleaned to a high standard.

The staff was often unprofessional and rude, with one staff member even arguing unnecessarily with me over parking arrangements. the quality of food was inconsistent too, with one room service order being burnt and inedible.
