I recently stayed at the Nobu Hotel in Palo Alto for one night and it was a top-notch experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my special requests. The room was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful view of downtown. The amenities were fantastic, from the comfortable bed and luxurious bath products to the well-equipped gym across the street. The hotel had a classy yet welcoming ambiance, and I felt truly special during my stay.

We stayed here for our anniversary and the front desk team surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries and a thoughtful "Happy Anniversary" card. The room was on the top floor overlooking downtown. Beautifully appointed with great bath products and plenty of fresh towels. The hotel staff personally contacted me before arrival to fulfill my special requests. The front desk was friendly and upgraded my room twice. Access to the well-equipped gym across the street was a great touch.

The front desk was friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded my room twice. The room itself was amazing with a beautiful view of downtown Palo Alto. The amenities were top-notch, from the bath products to the comfortable bed with soft sheets. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to everything I needed in downtown Palo Alto. Additionally, they had a well-equipped gym across the street and free bikes available for guests. the cleanliness, facilities, and friendly staff made this stay unforgettable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The hotel staff, especially Jazz, Zoe, and MaryAnne, went above and beyond to make our last night unforgettable. They provided excellent service, made great suggestions, and added personal touches. The hotel restaurant served one of the best meals we've ever had. The hotel was modern and clean, and it was conveniently located near Palo Alto and Stanford University. We loved exploring downtown Palo Alto and all it had to offer.

A hidden Gem

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this fantastic hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful rooms and the attentive and accommodating staff. The hotel truly feels like a hidden gem. The only minor drawback was the thin walls, which allowed some noise from outside to filter into the room. However, the comfortable and stylish room, along with the impeccable service, made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Our stay at the hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was modern, clean, and stylish, giving off a refreshing vibe compared to other hotels in the area. The location was convenient, just one block away from University Ave, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the SMS Concierge was quick to respond to any questions or requests.

The breakfast could be improved by offering tea as a standard option in the rooms. Currently, only coffee amenities are provided, making it a bit inconvenient for tea drinkers like myself.
