We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and informative, both before and during our stay. Our room, which offered a beautiful view of the lake, was modern and tidy. The bar was excellent, with a skilled barman who made delicious cocktails and had impressive knowledge of wines. The hotel's location on the park was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a children's play area. Additionally, the free parking and convenient proximity to the airport were a great bonus. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on a beautiful lake in the Bremen area was stunning. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the spa with its various saunas, steam rooms, cold room, Jacuzzi, and open air heated pool. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of both hot and cold food options. The staff at the reception were very friendly and provided us with detailed information about the hotel and the surrounding area.

I recently had a delightful stay at a luxurious hotel nestled in a serene park in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, as it was near the park and just a short distance from the bustling city center. The room was beautifully designed and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep. The staff provided exceptional service, always greeting me with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The breakfast spread was simply amazing, with a wide variety of options including delicious cheeses. I also enjoyed taking a leisurely stroll through the park and admiring the scenic view from my balcony.

That the pillows could have been a bit firmer for those with neck problems. Nonetheless, the fantastic service and overall luxury experience made up for this minor inconvenience.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and the spa facilities. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with many delicious options to choose from. The hotel's location, in the heart of the park, was perfect for taking long walks and enjoying the fresh air.

Our experience was dampened by a few negative issues. the room was very cold upon arrival and it took several hours for the heating to be fixed.

The luxurious amenities were exceptional, including the relaxing Spa & wellness centre with a sauna, heated swimming pool, and steam room. There was also a variety of beauty treatments, massages, and manicure services available. Additionally, this hotel had a lovely landscaped garden area and sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers that made my stay all the more enjoyable.

The room lacked any in-room breakfast options, which was a minor inconvenience. However, the restaurant was absolutely amazing and offered a wide range of delicious dishes that catered to all dietary needs.

Loved the friendly staff, large room, comfortable bed, incredible views over the park. Quaint wallpapers, marble stairs, beautiful golden chandeliers and an Art Deco smoking bar. Accommodated our dog with a bed, bowls, and a treat. Atrium with a view, sauna with lemon aroma, and outdoor pool. Excellent food for our celebration.

The location is fantastic, with great views of the lake or park. It's within walking distance to the city center. The rooms are spacious, clean and have lovely views. The bathroom is great. The spa facilities, including the outdoor pool, are brilliant and modern. The hotel is a short walk from Bremen HbF and the Altstadt, and the tram network is also easily accessible. The hotel has a nice terras and parking is convenient. The personnel is very nice. The breakfast is delicious with a nice atmosphere.

the cleaning staff could have been more thorough as our coffee table was not wiped down during our five-day stay. Additionally, some of the toiletries in the comfort suite were lacking, which was unexpected for the level of comfort we paid for.
