The Eden Hotel is right by the Cathedral, which made it super easy for us and the kids to explore the amazing Christmas markets nearby. Our double room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast offered a solid selection that satisfied everyone.

This hotel dazzled with its immaculate, spacious rooms and stunning cathedral views! The staff was wonderfully accommodating, and fresh daily breakfasts were a highlight. Only minor nitpicks, no in-room coffee/tea maker and a water boiler provided instead. A mere stroll from the main Christmas market, it’s the perfect base for exploring.

In a fantastic location near the Cathedral.

My experience at this hotel was incredibly frustrating. I booked a room with a Cathedral view, but the presence of a large tree completely blocked it, which was misleading. Additionally, the coffee/hot water machine at reception was often unavailable when I wanted to use it, and there was no kettle in the room. On top of that, the noise from celebrations outside kept me from getting a good night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Cathedral, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions.

The lack of air conditioning is a serious comfort issue!!! Noise from the beer hall next door can be disruptive. Poor sound insulation lets you hear everything from neighboring rooms. Room layouts are impractical for travelers with baggage!!!

the hospitality here woudl ve been nice, but I can't overlook the dreadful housekeeping. Bedlam at check-in with staff barely acknowledging me, and the coffee machine was often broken. I was hoping for a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas.

Security staff was attentive and responsive to inquiries.

The spaciousness, the comfortable bedding, the quality toiletries was simply impressive.

The location near the Cathedral is a huge plus, allowing for easy walks to local attractions. The staff consistently provided a warm and accommodating service, ensuring our comfort throughout our visit. However, the room layout could use more hooks for towels and clothes, as the space felt a bit cramped with just one suitcase rack available for three people. Additionally, the breakfast hours starting at 7 am may be inconvenient for early risers. Nonetheless, the breakfast options were decent, and enjoying classic Italian dishes was a delightful surprise.

The rain shower in my room was a refreshing highlight, but the persistent noise during the night made it hard to sleep. The lively atmosphere from the nearby brewery added a unique charm to my stay.
