The floor in the room was extremely squeaky, making a lot of noise at night and in the morning. There was no stove or oven in the kitchen, limiting cooking options.

great location, right in the Gothic area with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. Easy access to the Picasso museum and the beach. Subway is right at the door. The rooftop common lounge was chill and the room was clean with convenient plugs near the bed.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. the location of the hotel was great, being in the middle of the Gothic district and just a few steps from the metro station and a few minutes from the sea. the hostel also offered a good value for money breakfast option, with only 2 euros.

There were a few downsides during my stay. the dorm rooms had very limited space, which could be a bit uncomfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Barcelona! The location was perfect with easy access to the metro station right in front of the hotel and it was close to the city centre. I loved being able to walk everywhere, including popular attractions like Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, and the beach. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and it was great to have personal lamps at each bed and plenty of bathrooms and showers. The cleanliness of the shared bathrooms was also a plus. I had a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a great experience at Safestay! the staff, especially Gabi, was extremely helpful. She assisted us with a broken locker and even arranged for us to move to another room when our roommates were too loud. the hostel has a fantastic rooftop terrace and a modern design in the common areas. There are plenty of toilets and showers, all of which were clean and well-maintained. Finding the hostel was easy, and the location is fantastic. We appreciated the availability of toilet paper and the fact that the showers had hot water with great pressure. One of our favorite features was the curtains on the beds, which gave us a sense of privacy. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. Paula, in particular, was friendly, helpful, and pleasant no matter the time. the flexibility of the check-in time was also a plus, and we felt comfortable and secure with our own card to access our bedroom. the beds were comfortable and clean, and there were enough lockers for everyone. the common areas were enjoyable, and the breakfast offered great value for a reasonable price.

I got great value for my money at this hotel in the Gothic quarter. The room was comfortable, clean, and had good air-conditioning. The location was perfect and the staff, including Alfredo, Alberto, and Gabriela, were amazing and super accommodating.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast for only 2 euros, which included toast, muffins, cereal, and fresh fruit. The rooms were a pleasant surprise, with each bed separated, providing a sense of privacy. The location was perfect, situated between the beach and popular attractions like Plaza de Catalunya. We also appreciated having a terrace to relax on.

My stay at the hostel was fantastic. Safestay Barcelona Gothic provided comfortable beds and convenient lockers. The bathroom facilities were great, with plenty of showers, hooks, and space for changing. I loved the abundance of mirrors and the dedicated changing area with a full body mirror. The location of the hostel was the best part, as it was centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions, including the Sagrada Familia and the beach. The metro station was also just a two-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The location was perfect - it was so close to the metro station and right in the center of the city. It made exploring this city so convenient. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were well-maintained and the common areas were always tidy. The staff was also one of the best aspects. They were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was giving me directions or recommending places to eat, they were fantastic!
