We had a fantastic stay at Doubletree By Hilton in Shenzhen. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, with a luxurious touch. The gym was well-equipped, and we enjoyed the group exercise classes. The hotel's location near the Huawei campus was convenient for our visit. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with a great shower and comfy bed. The staff, especially Vivian, are friendly and go above and beyond to help. The gym is well-equipped and not crowded. Good value for money.

Great breakfast selection, comfortable beds, iron and ironing board in room, USB outlets for charging electronics. Nice furnishings, slightly far from center. Helpful staff - bellboy paid for cab, concierge gave cookies, no hassle when I lost card. Modern, spacious room with midnight food service. Adjacent mall with supermarket and shops.

The gym was well equipped and the breakfast had a great selection of food. the bed was also quite comfortable. the hotel was located near the Huawei campus and had good access to public transportation. It was also reasonably priced for the amenities offered.

The hotel was not prepared for the influx of guests during the new year. the elevators were overcrowded and took a long time to arrive, causing delays and frustration.

the exclusive Spa & wellness centre and the outdoor swimming pool were a highlight. the private facilities in the room are amazing, making me feel like a VIP. the restaurant exceeded my expectations with a delicious menu. Its location next to a big shopping mall was a huge plus.

Although I had a great experience overall, I found the room amenities lacking and the TV channels were in low resolution. Despite this, the hotel staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort, from paying a cab driver who didn't have change to providing a midnight food service.
