Excellent location at Costanera Center mall. Stunning views from the bar and rooms. Spotlessly clean rooms with friendly staff. Plus, great amenities for pilots and flight attendants.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the Costanera Center mall, which made it super convenient for us to shop and catch a cab whenever we needed to. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the city and mountains. The cleanliness was top-notch, with daily housekeeping and fresh bottles of water provided. Plus, the hotel had great amenities like a fitness center and a restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

The room was spacious and had a great view of the city. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the breakfast buffet was amazing and had a variety of options to choose from. the hotel was located in a prime location, within walking distance of the shopping mall and other attractions. the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable.

The decor of the hotel was not to my liking, as it had dark and modern colors that were not very inviting. the lobby had loud music playing which could be bothersome after a long day of travel.

The rooms were clean, the view was superb, staff was nice, location was convenient near the shopping mall, and the breakfast was great with excellent service.

Moreover, the stunning view from the room, especially of the Andes mountain range, adds to the overall experience. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-designed lighting system. The bathroom is also enjoyable, with a nice shower and a separate toilet "room". The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing early check-in and taking care of guests' luggage even after check-out.

Some guests had issues with the transportation service from the airport. There were unexpected price differences and additional charges that were not mentioned beforehand, which left a negative impression.
