Spent Christmas at this hotel and really enjoyed my stay. The staff were warm and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that there was a space to store my luggage and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby mountains. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the delicious breakfast, with fresh bread, eggs and good coffee.

Although I loved my stay, there were a few minor issues. The Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby and even then, it was poor quality. Additionally, while the location was great for exploring the mountains, there were only two restaurants in the town and the nearby restaurants were at a lake resort about 10 minutes away. Finally, the breakfast options weren't refilled after 9 am, so if you arrived later, you were out of luck. Nevertheless, these were minor issues and overall, I had a wonderful time at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kern. The round room we stayed in was absolutely amazing - spacious, clean, and had a nice atmosphere. The breakfast was good with fresh bread, tasty coffee, and eggs. The outside terrace was a highlight for enjoying our morning coffee. The location was also great, allowing us easy access to the mountains for our biking adventures. Despite the exceptional weather making the room a bit cold, it wasn't too bad. I highly recommend this hotel.
