The hotel was spotless, and the facilities were top-notch. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the variety of amenities available, such as the pool, sauna, and steam room. The location was perfect, right next to the Potsdamer Platz station, making it easy to explore this city and also get to and from the airport. Additionally, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly Florian at the reception. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from.

The service at this hotel was outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. the location of the hotel was also superb, with easy access to transportation and nearby activities. I especially appreciated the convenience of having some fantastic restaurants in the area. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing space after a long day of business meetings.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was that housekeeping did not come until the late afternoon. As a result, my room was not cleaned by the time I returned in the afternoon to rest.

The noise from outside can be quite disruptive, particularly at night, which can make it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

the gym and pool were fantastic, and the festive atmosphere at the restaurant and bar, especially the outdoor bar, was amazing. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. the location was perfect for us as first-time visitors to Berlin, with a delightful coffee shop across the street and delicious kebabs downstairs in the shopping mall beside the hotel. the front desk staff accommodated our request for an early check-in and a quiet room after a long flight, which made a huge difference to our short 24-hour stay. the hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays, and the pool, sauna, and steam room were well-kept and relaxing. The pool area was really nice and the staff were friendly. We got complementary drinks on arrival and the breakfast had a good selection of food. the location was great as it was close to public transportation and walking distance to many restaurants.
