We really got our money's worth at this hotel. The room was amazing - spacious, clean, and had all the comforts of home. The location was perfect, with major attractions and a mall nearby. The staff treated us like family, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Breakfast delights, but a wider variety of options would have made it even better.

We were fortunate to be upgraded to a spacious and comfortable suite during our stay. The room and bathroom were luxurious with all the amenities we needed. The concierge lounge provided delicious breakfast options and snacks throughout the day. The fitness and spa facilities were impressive, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location was excellent, within walking distance to popular attractions and convenient access to public transportation. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Enjoyed a romantic escape in a well-equipped, modern and spacious room. Great location for exploring the city and easy access to key attractions. the bar offered a wide range of drinks and had a lovely outdoor area.

Breakfast was overpriced, ended up going to a nearby McDonalds. Noise from outside, especially during the night, made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The facilities at this hotel were absolutely amazing. The room was large, exceptionally clean, and had stunning views. As a budget traveler, I was impressed with the value for money. The pool and spa were incredible and provided a perfect place to relax. The location was also great for exploring the Mitte borough.

Outstanding customer service for families with babies, providing child-friendly amenities. Attentive and professional staff, offering a warm welcome and even a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary. Impressive attention to detail, from personalized TV greetings to changing my title without asking. Clean and safe environment with limited pool access. Would definitely return. 10/10 rating, well-deserved.
