The cleanliness, the spa amenities, the welcoming atmosphere was truly exceptional.

the breakfast here was a chaotic disaster, I felt like an inconvenience to the staff. and oh, the adults-only pool hours, what a joke! instead of tranquility, I was treated to the joyful shrieks of children, ugh. i expected some sort of compensation, maybe an upgrade, but no one seemed to care at all. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

the location of grand hyatt was just perfect, right in the heart of everything. the staff, especially the door men, were incredibly friendly and helpful. i loved the pool and terrace with amazing views. the room was spacious and comfortable, making my stay feel luxurious.

It was just a great fit for strolling in Berlin with great value for money. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at home during my stay. Try to request a room with a view for a better experience.

Staff were super friendly, and the top-floor pool had lemonade, cookies, and apples waiting for us! The location was prime for exploring Tiergarten, the Reichstag, and Brandenburg Gate too! Definitely felt the luxury vibe!

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, including free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool. During my first stay, the staff helped with currency exchange recommendations, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend enjoying the spa area after a long day. I'm definitely coming back for my next trip!

Had a fab four-night stay! Our Deluxe King Room was super spacious with underfloor heating, comfy bed, and plenty of storage. Loved the quiet ambiance and luxurious toiletries—it was a perfect retreat for three!

But, darling, the breakfast was like a financial black hole, and my explanation for it was lost in the sea of overpriced eggs! Also, I think they may have misplaced a lock or two in the bathroom!

The service was beyond expectations, especially at breakfast. The spa offered a serene escape from the city. I truly appreciated the quietness of the rooms and the attentive staff.
