The hotel has a great location, as it is situated right next to a bus stop that can take you to the main train station in just a few minutes. It's also located close to the motorways and is extremely convenient for those visiting the downtown or historical district. The breakfast is free and just okay, but for the price, it's worth it. The staff are friendly and efficient and the rooms are generally clean and come with working air conditioning.

holiday inn express frankfurt messe exceeded our expectations during the christmas party. the staff, especially the romanian girl at the front desk, made us feel fantastic and very welcome. we had more comfort and facilities than our previous stay in frankfurt. thank you!

The breakfast was decent. They had a variety of food, including some gluten-free options. they had a vending machine that offered free ice, which was great. the location was also convenient, as it was close to a bus stop that would take you to the city center. the staff was kind and helpful.

I did not enjoy my stay overall. Despite our repeated requests, our room was not cleaned properly.
