Excellent Family-Friendly Facilities

My recent stay was highlighted by the incredible family-friendly facilities, including a beautiful beach, waterpark, Kids Club, and various pool options. the attentive staff at the bar, restaurant, and reception added to the overall positive experience. However, improvements could be made in terms of staff communication and responsiveness to guest requests.

The database provided was very spacious, much larger than an average hotel room, with floor to ceiling windows offering an amazing view.

Upon checking under the bed, I found rubbish left behind by previous guests, indicating that cleanliness may not have been up to a 5-star standard. some toiletries were missing, which was a bit disappointing.

My partner and I recently enjoyed a romantic escape at this hotel and we were blown away by the stunning views of the beach from our balcony. We loved lounging on the comfortable sunbeds and sipping cocktails at the beach bar. the location was perfect for us, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the hotel even offered a shuttle service to nearby attractions.

We also found that some of the staff struggled with English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, these were minor issues and did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

On a few occasions, we found that the waitstaff were a bit slow or forgetful when it came to bringing out certain items or fulfilling our requests.
