It was all superb.

We stayed at Icon Bangkok Sukhumvit 2 and were impressed with the room layout and comfortable bed. the rooftop pool, though small, was a nice addition to our stay. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, especially the option to have fresh eggs made. the hotel's location near the train station and street food was convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and assistance with arranging transportation. the lobby's high ceiling and natural light made for an impressive ambiance.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the main city area and the floating markets. It is close to everything you need, yet situated in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern designs. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and there is fast and reliable free wifi.

The air conditioning could have been quieter, but it was still manageable for sleeping.

Taxi arrangement was problematic.

They were clean, well-equipped, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the free room upgrade was an added bonus. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated on a quiet street, away from the crowded tourist areas, but still close enough to access important facilities. the free shuttle service to the main street was very convenient. 3) the staff at the hotel were professional and attentive. the reception desk was quick and efficient, and the overall service was top-notch. the guy at the reception desk was particularly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. 4) the hotel had a great bar on the 6th floor and a lovely swimming pool, which provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

One of the front desk staff members didn't make us feel welcomed during the check-in process. They failed to provide important information about the hotel's facilities and practices, such as breakfast timings, gym location, and swimming pool location.
