We arrived late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised to find the reception open and welcoming. The check-in process went smoothly, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. The hotel's unique design and quaint atmosphere added to the charm of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and enjoyable experience.

Great location, just a few minutes from the city center and all the attractions we wanted to visit! the room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the variety of meats, cheeses, bread and teas. the staff was able to answer all our questions and was very quick in providing us with what we needed.

Our romantic getaway wasn’t as good as we had hoped. the room lacked romantic decoration, we didn’t have enough soundproofing and there was no atmosphere.

The Hotel Klemm was the perfect choice for the last leg of our vacation. Its fantastic location meant that we were within easy walking distance of great food, shopping, and the beautiful sights of the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and their fluency in English made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided every morning was a delightful start to our days, with a wide selection of delicious items, including freshly squeezed orange juice. The rooms were spacious, clean, and filled with natural light from the large windows. The beds were comfortable, made up with crisp white duvet covers, ensuring a restful night's sleep. And to top it all off, some rooms even had balconies with magnificent sunset views.

All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about at all.
