As a business traveler, I often stay at standard hotels, but Hotel Luis was a refreshing change. We had a great stay at Luis! the check-in with Valerie was super friendly and the room was big and quiet. the hotel has a quirky, yet charming, vibe with unique decorations throughout. the location is not cozy, but it's just a short walk to the old town. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we could even book a table at the Trattoria Sorano across the street through the hotel. it made for a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a stone's throw away from the old town. We loved sitting in the tranquil courtyard garden, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff provided excellent service, accommodating our requests quickly and efficiently. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was a tasty start to the day. On top of that, there was plenty of parking available.

The noise from neighboring rooms was a bit disruptive at times.
