Friendly, helpful staff upgraded my room to a spacious double with balcony for free. Delicious, reasonably-priced meals in the wonderful on-site restaurant. Efficient and friendly waitresses at breakfast. Would love to stay again. 🐶

The value for money at Sonneck was excellent, and the room was spacious with a lovely balcony. The location was peaceful and near a beautiful forest, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

My xmas stay was a delight! the hotel offered a cozy and friendly atmosphere, perfect to enjoy with family and friends. the buffet breakfast was exceptional and varied, with local dishes that were tasty and satisfied all cravings. the location was strategic, a mere walk away from the town center, full of historical and beautiful sites to explore. the staff was welcoming and always with a smile, making us feel at home.

The return trip from the town to the hotel was a bit tough. It was an uphill walk, making it quite challenging, especially for the elderly or those with mobility issues.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in the suburbs of a picturesque town. The value for money was exceptional, offering all the basic amenities and even a room with a nice balcony. The staff were attentive and the service provided was on par with larger chain hotels. The attention to detail was impressive, from the long opening hours of the reception to the flexibility of the staff in meeting all our needs. The location allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay, surrounded by beautiful vineyards in the Rhineland wine country.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were simply perfect.
