The location of Intercityhotel Berlin Ostbahnhof was perfect for exploring Friedrichshain and visiting the East Side Gallery. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice shower and amenities like a fridge and kettle. The hotel also provided a free travel pass for all transportation, which was a fantastic bonus. Despite a weak WiFi connection, the overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was all superb.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed the hotel’s complementary city transit pass. It made it easy for us to move around and explore this beautiful city without any worries. the hotel’s location was perfect, as it was just steps away from the train station, making it convenient to catch our train on time. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food which was delicious and well presented.

The housekeeping service was not up to our expectations. Our room was not cleaned until late afternoon, thus interrupting our romantic afternoon on one occasion.

This hotel is a great value for the money and has an excellent location inside the train station shopping zone. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are comfortable with good lighting and excellent high pressure showers. The welcome bottle of water was a nice touch, and breakfast is included, with options for vegetarians.
