The staff here were exceptional, offering impeccable service and going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offers a range of leisure facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa, allowing me to indulge in ultimate relaxation during my stay.

During Christmas, we received lovely complementary treats in our room and at dinner. the hotel had great views of the river and city, making it perfect for exploring. the bikes for hire were a bonus, allowing us to easily explore the area and take in the beautiful parkland.

The room service menu was only available on the TV which didn't work, and there was no paper menu backup. the restaurant service was also a bit of a letdown with staff being a little clueless and meals being mixed up.

However, the spacious and well-equipped rooms made up for it. The central location of the hotel was a big plus, making it convenient for exploring the city. Despite the drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations.
