We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. Check-in was smooth, and they even provided an extra bed for our baby for a small fee. the room was clean and had great amenities like a coffee set and CD player. the included breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. the staff went above and beyond by helping us retrieve a forgotten item and even sent it back to us by DHL. We will definitely return!

No complaints, everything was alright.

Stayed in the Altstadt area during the New Year holiday. the hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes away from the metro station. the breakfast that was served was really good. There were a lot of options from cheese to fruit and also cooked eggs. the coffee was exceptional. the atmosphere was family-friendly.

The internet connection was not free; we had to pay to have a reasonable rate.

Good location near Cherry trees and within walking distance of town and the bridge. Limited but helpful parking for small cars. Clean, small room with in-room coffee and tea facilities. TV has English channels. Okay breakfast with hot eggs.

Nothing not too like.

My room at Hotel Aigner was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely kitchenette and a cozy bed. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and close to public transportation. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside was the soft pillows. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aigner and would definitely recommend it.
