Wonderful stay!

I was a bit hesitant at first, as this was my first time in a high-class hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience at Erbprinz. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. The pool and sauna area were a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the old town and restaurants. Despite being near a tram station, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff. Special shoutout to Meike from the reservations team for going above and beyond to help with all the arrangements for our group stay. I had a great stay at Erbprinz and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great breakfast spread and friendly staff. Convenient location near the town center with plenty of dining options. The spa was a nice touch for some relaxation.

Outdated rooms and uncomfortable beds. The noise level from outside was unbearable and kept me up all night. not worth the price for an unsatisfying stay.

This hotel surpasses your expectations for luxury and comfort with its exclusive amenities. the indoor swimming pool and sauna provide the ultimate relaxation, and the Spa & wellness centre has an impressive full body massage which I enjoyed. the heated swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for a day of relaxation. the treatment room had a beautiful garden view, creating a serene environment for my beauty treatment. the restaurant provided an excellent in-room breakfast with a Special Diet Menu and the Bar/Lounge area had a well-prepared cocktail before dinner. the private facilities also bring an air of exclusivity.

Though there were many pros to this hotel, there was one minor issue. the steam room was not up to par with the other impressive amenities, as it needed to be improved.

The location is central, near the Marktplatz and tram. Good parking options: open air, co spot, and underground. Fantastic breakfast. Spacious rooms with add-on beds for kids. Chocolates provided daily. Kitchen available with pots. Huge terrace with stunning view. Rooftop pool.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to a train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The town centre is also within walking distance, offering plenty of shops and restaurants. Some rooms offer a view of the passing trains, which can be an interesting sight for train enthusiasts. The spacious rooms and bathrooms provide comfort during the stay, and the friendly staff offer excellent service. The breakfast selection is varied, with a range of cold cuts and cheeses available.

The WiFi reception in some parts of the hotel is weak, which can be a drawback for guests needing a reliable internet connection.
