We loved the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to the Akasaka Mitsuke station and had easy access to transportation. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, especially in assisting our party of 7 with booking accommodations and making restaurant reservations. The Japanese-style room we stayed in was spacious and had luxurious features like massage chairs. Additionally, the surrounding area had a wide variety of restaurants and bars to choose from.

We spent our Christmas holidays in a lovely hotel located in the heart of a vibrant neighbourhood with numerous dining options available. the room was spacious and modern, with a great set of amenities including a fully functioning washer-dryer and an exceptional bathroom. the staff was super helpful and friendly, going beyond to recommend places to eat and providing excellent service all round. the free massage chairs are a great bonus after a long day of exploring the neighbourhood.

We didn't find anything that wasn't satisfactory. However, we found that the room had low ceilings, which is a bit of a challenge if you are not used to it.

Conveniently located between two metro stations, this gem of a place offered us a spacious family room with comfy beds and a massage chair. The friendly staff were attentive to our requests and fixed any issue in a timely manner. Plenty of restaurant and bar options in the bustling area, and a 24-hour massage spa nearby. we had a great stay!
