The room had a stale smell, likely from past smoking, which was unpleasant. The bed was hard and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the room lacked natural light, leaving it pretty dark, which added to the uncomfortable atmosphere.

My stay at The Centurion Classic Akasaka was like being a kid in a candy store, but this candy store had a fantastic view of Tokyo! The room was larger than many other places I’ve stayed at in Tokyo, complete with comfy beds, a washing machine, and a microwave. I felt like royalty just stepping into my spacious room. Plus, the area was teeming with delicious food options and vibrant life. I could easily hop on the subway to explore more of the city. How could anyone complain about that?

Our Family Corner Suite Room was just perfect for our group of 5! The beds were super comfy, and we had plenty of space to relax together. Getting around was a breeze with the subway close by and amazing restaurants just a short walk away!

The location is perfect, surrounded by eateries and shops. The Executive Twin Room was spacious, and the staff greeted us warmly daily. We enjoyed being close to train stations, only a few stops from major areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. The room had a washer/dryer, which was convenient for our family. I would definitely stay again! 😊

Concerns about the lack of daily housekeeping were valid during a four-night stay. we had to handle our own trash and towels, which could be a hassle. The singular tiny lift is also a bottleneck during busy times, especially with heavy bags. Overall, the hotel felt more like a service apartment rather than a typical hotel, and the outdated facilities left much to be desired.

Super spacious Japanese style premium suite for our family. The kitchenette with a microwave was a blessing. Loved the washing machine, and breakfast in the room was easy! Located a few mins walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke station, with tons of restaurants nearby. Comfy beds and really clean too. spa facilities added to our comfort.
