Conveniently located with a nice view of an ancient monument. Rooms are warm and well-heated, with a comfortable carpeted floor. Staff is helpful and efficient, fulfilling requests promptly. The bistro offers tasty food options. Bathroom includes a rare, useful feature - a mounted magnifying mirror for all heights.

Great location in the heart of the historic area, just steps away from the main attractions. Spacious room with well-maintained furniture and cleanliness. The helpful staff provided excellent service and were attentive to our needs.

The bathroom had some issues, such as limited hot water and a lack of an extractor fan. There were also heating problems, with the room becoming excessively hot and unable to be adjusted to a lower temperature.

The hotel couldn't be more perfectly located. It's right in front of the iconic Roman tower, offering breathtaking views. Moreover, it's extremely close to the city center, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. In case of emergency, you'll be glad to know that the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a choice between a bath and shower in the bathroom. Oh, and don't forget the delicious breakfast with plenty of tasty options.

One downside is the lack of certain facilities mentioned in other hotels, such as a kettle in the room or room service.

We had a superb stay in this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, just across the road from the main city attraction and the historical center. We loved being able to walk to the train station and explore the old town. The view of the gate from our room was amazing! The hotel itself was beautiful and very well appointed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the large size and ample space. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions and making sure we were comfortable during our stay. The parking garage underground was a big plus, and the breakfast room and bar had a stunning view of the gate. The hotel offered great amenities, including a good quality safe in the room and an internal power socket for keeping our devices safe and charged. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

I really appreciated how quickly the reception responded to my requests. They promptly changed my room to one with a bathtub, brought me a brand new kettle, and kept my luggage safe after check-out. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Trier, it was just a short walk from the train station and steps away from the iconic Porta Nigra. The breakfast was fresh and had plenty of choice, and I loved the view of Porta Nigra from the restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel at home as soon as I arrived.

The complementary chocolate egg was a nice touch, and the Easter breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. The hotel was located walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and there was a lovely park nearby where we enjoyed an Easter egg hunt.

The room was dingy and in need of an update. The heat was on high and couldn't be adjusted, making the room uncomfortably hot.
