Impeccable cleanliness, welcoming staff, enjoyable sauna and spa – truly a fantastic experience.

Had a delightful night here! The heated bathroom floors were a dream, and that rooftop sauna—seriously, where has it been all my life? Plus, the location is perfect for exploring the holiday markets.

However, my card got decoupled by my phone. I guess technology just loves playing tricks on me!

i almost thought of giving this hotel a good review, but then i remembered the mildew smell in my room and the fact that the shower was smaller than a broom closet. the sauna was hardly ever open, which is just plain rude. i was really expecting some complimentary gesture for all my troubles, but guess they don’t care, huh?

the sauna was a great touch, but the light switches were really confusing to operate.

My stay at New Berlin was a true delight! The modern design of the room and the exceptional service really elevated my experience. I especially appreciated the vegan options at breakfast, which made mornings enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant city, with easy access to public transport. I had an amazing time with my friends! We explored the O2-World for a concert and enjoyed outdoor activities like mountain biking nearby. The hotel had a fantastic breakfast with a variety of options and we loved the friendly staff. It's clean and well-located, just a short tram ride to many attractions.

One downside was our room's mini bar, which had some pricey items. While it was well stocked, the expense caught us off guard.
