The rooms were nice and had great amenities. The service desk staff was exceptional and very friendly. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible.

The service for breakfast was lacking, although one staff member, Natalie, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The kitchen staff, on the other hand, did not meet expectations.

I had a great stay at Hilton's Home 2 Suites. The mini kitchen was perfect for my needs. The staff was friendly and accommodating. When I had trouble with the AC, they had a maintenance person on site within minutes and it was fixed promptly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has good location with nice rooms and friendly staff. The slide-up curtain to the window is a unique feature. The room was clean and comfortable with good housekeeping services. However, the bathroom sliding door can be dangerous for kids and sloppy adults.

The maintenance services are unsatisfactory with no staff available to fix AC, and the lobby and workout areas were hot. The breakfast was nothing special, and there were no cleaning services and clean towels available.
