Nothing to fault

Located in a very beautiful area in front of a park, this hotel offers a convenient location with easy access to a tram and is very close to the shopping district. The rooms are comfortable and functional, with large bathrooms featuring bathtubs. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast buffet is top-notch.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which can be uncomfortable during hot summer days.

Loved the holiday-like atmosphere, with Christmas decorations everywhere. the free Wi-Fi was reliable, and there was a decent range of gym equipment and sauna facilities to enjoy. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. Plus, the friendly staff ensured a warm welcome and happy stay.

The rooms lacked basic amenities, such as a kettle or complimentary coffee machine, which was a bit disappointing. Some items needed maintenance attention and prompt reminder to the staff and the daily cleaning could be improved.

Excellent service and attention to detail

During my recent stay at Parkhotel in Bad Homburg, I encountered a small issue with the temperature in my room. However, the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation promptly. A young and friendly receptionist took charge and ensured that the radiator was fixed, making my stay much more comfortable. Their willingness to assist and resolve any problems impressed me greatly.
