The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city within walking distance to all the attractions and the pedestrian zone. The service was top notch, from check-in to dining to bar to check-out - the staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the in-room safe and the tea and coffee facilities. Plus, the spa & wellness centre was a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city. Highly recommended to everyone for a pleasant stay with excellent service.

I recently stayed at a historical hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just steps away from the opera house and right in the bustling shopping area. The room was cozy with a comfortable bed and the bathroom was modern with a great shower. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff and a tasty breakfast. Plus, the hotel had excellent facilities including a spa and valet service.

One small downside was that the cleaning staff sometimes ignored the "Do Not Enter" sign on the door.

The restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, and the spa was an incredible experience. Soaking in the Wiesbaden waters in the hotel's spa was truly unforgettable.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. the complementary breakfast and happy hour drinks were a nice touch. Our room was also quite spacious and comfortable, with a great view.

Our stay was marred by a few negative experiences. the first room we were given was dirty, and the older gentleman at reception was exceedingly rude.
