The room felt cramped, particularly with two single beds pushed together instead of a proper double, making it less comfortable for couples. While the location is convenient, the noise from trams outside and other guests was disruptive, detracting from an otherwise peaceful stay. The television was disappointingly small, and the lack of complimentary coffee options besides the lobby was a letdown for the price point.

the a/c was broken during my stay, leaving me to suffocate in my room—how delightful! Also, there was an alarming amount of hair under the mattress. clearly hygiene isn’t a priority. I nearly wrote a great review, but I was obviously treated like everyone else, instead of receiving special perks. shocking, really!

We stayed here with our four teenagers and loved how close it was to the museums and Vondelpark. The free coffee was a big hit with everyone, and we enjoyed the added convenience of nearby shops and restaurants to keep the hunger at bay.

Accessible by lift, the room had air conditioning and a private bathroom with shampoo, body soap, and soft towels. I enjoyed the flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, and the comfortable bed. The spa facilities were a nice touch too. Staff were super helpful, and it was easy to walk to nearby attractions. Definitely a great spot!

Had a lovely time staying here! The staff were super chill and really went outta their way to help. The lobby's free coffee made mornings extra nice! Rooms were clean and comfy, although gotta say the shower floors were a bit slick. Overall, it’s a great place if you wanna explore Amsterdam without breaking the bank!
