The location of the hotel is fantastic, with stunning views of the village down to the estuary. The rooms are clean and well stocked, with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and excellent service. The breakfast consists of quality local ingredients. the hotel is very close to other attractions such as the Ffestiniog Railway.

The rooms are comfortable and some even provide a panoramic view. The service is impeccable, with friendly and professional staff. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. The hotel also has a bar where you can relax and enjoy a drink.

There was a slight issue with noise in one of the bedrooms, as the window was located above the kitchen area and occasional noise from staff talking and bottle bins being emptied could be heard.

Wonderful menu in the restaurant. the room was large and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. the views from the room were simply breathtaking, showcasing the natural beauty of the surrounding area. the restaurant menu was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

Signposting to reception from car park was not clear in the fading light, causing confusion and several extra trips around the area. the mattress was quite hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had the pleasure of staying in Chantry Row 1 at Portmeirion Village. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the charming village and the beautiful estuary. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette. We also enjoyed the balcony, where we could relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The vegan options provided were a pleasant surprise, ensuring that everyone's dietary needs were catered for. We were also delighted to find electric vehicle chargers available for use. Portmeirion Village is truly a unique and magical place to visit, and we can't wait to return.

We stayed in one of the Castell suites for a special occasion. The suite was very spacious and well equipped. The breakfast at Castell Deudraeth was very nice, with lots of choice. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food at the hotel bar and restaurant was excellent. Residents have use of the hotel pool, which would be lovely in the summer. The complimentary buggies for getting around were a nice touch. The village of Portmeirion is lovely, with beautiful walks and a unique atmosphere.
