We had a lovely stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though we couldn't speak German. The restaurant food was delicious, and they even provided gluten-free bread as we had requested. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and everything was fresh and tasty. The hotel also had great amenities, including a sauna and a safe auto parking garage, which were included in the price. The venue itself looked attractive, both inside and out, and the reception staff were very welcoming. we were impressed with the quality of service and the comfort of our room.
