The two, bedroom villa felt like a dream come true , cozy king bed, fun bunk beds, and a TV for everyone. As a family traveler, it was the perfect set, up for our Gold Coast adventure.

Wished the location was a tad closer to Surfers Paradise, but still a great stay overall! .

This hotel has a chill vibe, with a huge bar area and awesome deck that lets you escape the city buzz. the green surroundings make you feel cozy and relaxed. They have multiple pools and spas scattered around the place. the facilities are top-notch and well-kept. the safari tent we stayed in was the bomb!

But, the queen mattress in one room was a bit too soft, making it uncomfortable to sleep on, with us rolling into the middle all night. It'd be great if they could swap it out for a firmer one.

The facilities were mind-blowing, staff super accommodating, and the family park was jaw-dropping! the location was perfect, pools clean, bistro quick. Kids LOVED the jumping pillow and activities. Maintenance issues promptly fixed, comfy bed, and great washing machine. Top-notch support during a medical emergency, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience for my family, especially the kids. Awesome range of activities - pools, tennis, mini golf, and more. the cabin had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Thank you to Nick, the manager, for his calming presence during our emergency.

Nrma exceeded our expectations. the resort offered a variety of pools, friendly staff, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Our regret was not staying longer to enjoy all the amenities like bingo, swimming, and the park. We will definitely return.

Tuscan cheese at Nrma's got us drooling. Facilities were tops, and service was bonzer. the pools were a ripper hit, and activities kept the ankle-biters happy. Nearby nosh at Treehouse Cafe is a cracker.

Room 207 smelled like a chem lab, but the charm bloomed. A bit of brekky sagged, but a few tweaks would sweeten the deal.

We got some free Easter eggs at check-in and the staff were friendly. the pool was nice, but it was crowded. the shops across from the hotel were convenient for snacks.

We had to drive everywhere, and there wasn't much around. It was far from the main tourist areas, so we couldn't walk to anything.

Our group of friends had a blast at the resort! We loved the variety of activities, especially for the children. The bistro was fantastic, and the friendly reception staff made us feel right at home. Checking in was a breeze, and we enjoyed watching movies under the stars and the moon. The swimming facilities were top-notch, and there were plenty of amenities available. The location was convenient to shops, food, and all the theme parks in the area.

I had a really nice surprise during my stay at the holiday park. The poolside cabin was spacious and modern, perfect for my family of 5. The main pool area was impressive, with a great temperature even in winter. The spa area was well-designed with two separate spas. The kids club had a variety of programs and the host was entertaining. We all loved the go karts. The park was fairly quiet, making it easy to move around. I would highly recommend this place.
