I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Frankfurt. the rooms were absolutely luxurious, and the mini bars and snacks were top-notch. the spa was a heavenly retreat, and the hotel bar had a sexy interior and a lively atmosphere. the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with transportation, food recommendations, and other suggestions. it was a fun and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel, which is a member of Design Hotels.

The orange juice upon arrival was a nice touch, and the stylish atmosphere throughout the hotel was definitely a highlight. It was also great that the hotel was located in the city center, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions. Another advantage was the delicious dinner served in the restaurant.

The smoking policy in the hotel was a big negative. Even though the rooms were non-smoking, the bar and other common areas were filled with smoke that made my clothes smell terrible.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main river, making it a great spot for enjoying scenic walks. It is also within walking distance of the train station and the city center, providing easy access to all the attractions. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with a well-designed bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of the facilities, such as the spa and club.

The customer service experience could be improved, as there have been instances of mistakes and blame game during room service.

I got great value for my money at this trendy and arty hotel. The room was spacious and had a nice view, and the location was convenient for both business and exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a nice restaurant and a beautiful backyard.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety of food options in the morning.

Staying at this hotel was absolutely luxurious. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & Wellness Centre, sauna, and Jacuzzi, provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. the massage services were top, notch, especially the full, body massage. the spa lounge and steam room allowed for complete relaxation and the garden area and sun terrace offered a peaceful outdoor retreat. the bar and lounge area provided excellent catering service with a great selection of drinks and the buffet breakfast was impressive, offering both Continental and in, room options. the location provided convenient access to the city centre.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the rooms were a bit too dimly lit with the dark decor and curtains. the stylish and modern design of the rooms made up for this small detail.
