I recently stayed at Pullman Deira City Centre for a few nights during my business trip. The location of the hotel is very convenient, being in the mall and close to the metro system. It made it easy for me to explore the city and get around. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Fatima at breakfast who was welcoming and polite. The hotel also had a lovely pool area and bar, and a wide variety of delicious breakfast options.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Pullman was exceptional. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location was perfect with a mall right next door, making shopping and dining convenient. The staff treated us with utmost respect and were always helpful and friendly.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the bread options.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The duty manager Valerie personally addressed an issue we had with our room and upgraded us to a better one. They even sent us a fruit plate and chocolates as a gesture of apology. The breakfast buffet at Medley was one of the best we've ever had! We felt respected and cared for throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was connected to the mall, had complimentary bottles of water, and had valet parking. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff, especially Fatima and Manoj Tahelani, were friendly and helpful. Different pillows were available.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the direct access to the attached CityCenter Mall and the convenience of the hotel's location near Deira City Centre metro station. The room was perfect with all the necessary amenities and a great view.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent customer service. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and we enjoyed the amenities provided. The hotel's location, right next to a mall and close to many restaurants, made it very convenient. Additionally, being so close to the international airport was a major advantage for us.

Rooftop pool & bar with stunning sunset views, gym, and vast global breakfast buffet. Well-located near a mall and metro makes it the perfect, convenient choice. The staff is attentive, professional, helpful, and ensures a wonderful experience, with refreshing welcome drinks. The clean and modern rooms are well-appointed to meet your needs.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the upgrade to a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen available. It was a great value for money and allowed us to save on meals.

This hotel's location is perfect for business travelers with easy access to shopping centers. Guests can also take a taxi or walk to nearby attractions like Creek Park. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with great views of the city.

One aspect, however, left us wanting - a welcomedrink on check-in would have been a lovely gesture.

The staff, facility, and rooms were fantastic. The massage was superb. The hotel driver, Mo, was brilliant. The location is near the airport and has easy access to a mall. The reception desk staff were courteous. Mahmoud was a friendly and nice person who checked us in and out. The housekeeping staff worked hard and were available 24/7. it was a very good place to stay.
