The room was amazing and the design with the bath tub was quite creative! the bed was very comfortable too! . the staff were very friendly, especially at the lounge on the 1st floor. the food was very nice and I enjoyed it quite well!

Maintenance could have been much better. There were various issues with the room facilities like malfunctioning waste couples in the bath tub and basin, and a malfunctioning security locker.

Great staff, wonderful facilities, convenient location, quick check-in and check-out process. The hostess in the Executive Club lounge was exceptional, always happy and helpful. The hotel staff, including Chandni, were friendly and addressed any concerns promptly.

We had an amazing stay at Westin! the staff was friendly, the breakfast was selective, the bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping was flexible. the central location made it convenient for exploring the city, and the pool was clean and nice. the gym was fancy and the fresh flowers in the room on Easter day were a nice touch. We will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is conveniently located near Oberoi Mall, making it easy to shop and dine. The spacious rooms and huge bathrooms provide a comfortable stay. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast spread is delicious, and the view from the hotel is beautiful. the gym and bakery on the ground floor are great facilities.

The in-house entertainment facilities are lacking.

Great service! Staff members were attentive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. Room was large, bed was comfortable, and the toiletries were lovely. The hotel's location near a mall with a cinema, bars, and a supermarket was convenient.

Other hotels I stayed at during the week didn't match up to the high service standard of this hotel. The refusal to accept a tatty 100 rupee note upon check-out was surprising, as other establishments had no issue accepting them.

the breakfast offered a scrumptious spread with a wide variety of options to start the day on a positive note. the staff members, including Ms. Khanna, Ms. Malik, Ms. Tejal, Ms. Divya, Ms. Tanushree, Mr Narendra, Ms. Simi, Mr Eric, and his colleague at Prego, were all fantastic. Their energy and hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We even had the opportunity to relax at the pool, thanks to the helpful staff.

We stayed at a hotel located near a very nice shopping mall, which was handy for our shopping needs. The inside area of the hotel was well-kept and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in. The room was adequately sized and had all the basic amenities, including a clean bathroom.

The food at the hotel was average and not up to expectations.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious gym that had new equipment and was never crowded. The location was perfect for the Mumbai convention center, and the hotel offered complimentary laundry services for business stays.

As young holiday goers, we loved the spacious room with a bathtub and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, and the lounge on the 1st floor had a great atmosphere. The food was delicious and satisfying.
