I recently stayed at Schloss Hotel Wasserburg for a family vacation and it was absolutely wonderful! The location is fantastic, right near the ferry and a short walk to the train station. The hotel itself is a historic castle with elegant decor and beautiful art. Our family suite was spacious and luxurious, with a lovely table nook by the windows. The rooms and common areas were clean, and the staff, although somewhat friendly, were overall helpful. The hotel's terrace, right on the lake, provided a peaceful atmosphere and stunning sunset views. it was a great experience.

Charming property with classical European decor and medieval architecture. Spacious suites on the first floor offer a castle-like atmosphere. Beautiful lake views with the Alps in the distance. Good food in the restaurant, along with a nice selection of local wines and beers. Friendly and helpful staff, and fair prices at the minibar.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Located right on the Constance lake, this medieval castle hotel provides breathtaking views over the lake. The rooms are well-appointed with very comfortable beds and offer a great view of the surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast served on the water adds a special touch to the overall experience.

Everything was perfect, nothing to improve.

The location was great, just by the lake and the view was breathtaking. the rooms were spacious and had a fantastic atmosphere, very elegant and modern. the food in the restaurant was good and there was a nice selection of drinks. the service was friendly and helpful, and the minibar prices were fair.

The internet was not working during our entire stay, and the hotel appeared understaffed. the receptionist had to multitask which lead to delays in customer service and attending to our needs.
