The staff in the Drawing Room were exceptional, providing excellent service during our family celebration. the food was absolutely delicious and the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. the room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The bathroom in our room was quite cold and could have used a better heater. the small room size was also a downside, as there was limited space for our belongings and it felt a bit cramped with the bed taking up most of the room.

Loved the beautiful surroundings; the hotel is a stunning old building with so much character. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its gym, which has all the latest equipment you could need. the hotel is also excellently located, with easy access to various local attractions.

Some of the staff at breakfast were a bit cold and unapproachable. I wasn't too keen on the additional £50 deposit, but I understand why it might be necessary.
