We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The highlight for us was the spa - it was a haven of relaxation with plenty of spaces to unwind. The food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The nearby park and walks were an added bonus, offering beautiful scenery to explore.

Poor communication from staff and outdated amenities. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival and the outdated decor made it feel less luxurious.

The spa is absolutely amazing, with a pool, saunas, and a stunning panorama view. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. We stayed at a hotel located in a beautiful wooded area, close to a park. The view from our room was stunning. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a functional bathroom. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The breakfast offered a variety of options. there was a restaurant nearby that had great reviews, although it was fully booked the night we stayed.

The hotel lacked air conditioning, which made the room quite hot during our stay.
