The spa offered various types of saunas, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was lovely, with a great choice of fresh fruits, vegetables, and drinks. The staff were pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also had a large parking lot, which was convenient for our adventure-filled trip.

The room amenities were also exceptional, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from the cozy sitting area to the in-room safe. I loved relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the view. What a great weekend! I couldn't ask for anything else! the hotel was perfectly located near the train station and only a short drive away from great skiing spots. the evening buffet was tasty and creative, featuring mouth-watering local dishes. I loved the fact that there was an indoor swimming pool accessible through an interesting underground path which gave me a glimpse of the region's history.

I had a wonderful experience. However, the location of my room didn't offer the best view from the balcony, and some areas of the hotel could have been clearer.

the location was perfect for exploring grainau, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. we loved the included half board with delicious buffet meals and the relaxing spa/baths. the staff were friendly and the hotel was family and pet-friendly. the only downside was that the furniture and decor were a bit older.
