The room was well-appointed and had a nice outside area, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The hotel was also well-kept, showing that they take pride in maintaining their property. The location was not the very best, but it was close to a green area and within walking distance of a shopping area. there was a bus stop nearby, making it convenient to explore the city.

There were several things that I did not enjoy about my stay. The room was too warm, and the air conditioning did not work well.

Excellent customer service and quick problem resolution. We had an issue with our room, but the staff fixed it immediately. The managers, Thomas and Vanessa, were particularly helpful. The fitness center was also a highlight of our stay. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room on the club floor was well equipped and the bed and mattress were very comfortable. It was a nice surprise to have alcohol served in the club lounge from 6pm until 11pm, which is unusual. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had a great location, with parking available on site. The rooms were big, clean, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was very good. the hotel had great facilities and a convenient location in this busy city.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at Sheraton in a great location for exploring, with a bus stop nearby and walking distance to Tiergarten Park. The newly renovated property offered spacious, comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms. It was a great value for money. The staff was friendly and there was a nice spa with a pool and sauna available.

Delicious breakfast, but breakfast room was noisy with conference participants. Nice staff, comfortable room, cool swimming pool, good atmosphere. Convenient central position, typical upscale business. Very clean, great housekeeping, large rooms.

This hotel was perfect for our city trip! We really liked how clean and modern it was, and the staff members were super friendly and helpful. We appreciated the complementary city maps and luggage storage when we checked in early. the central location was also a huge plus and made it easy to get around and see the sights.

The extra fees for things like WiFi and the sauna were a bit annoying, especially since we were expecting them to be included in the price. some of the room furnishings seemed a bit worn and could have been updated, but overall it was still a nice, comfortable room.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton! The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. The location was perfect for shopping, and the public transportation in the city was excellent. No matter where you stay, it's easy to get around. The reception desk personnel were quick and friendly, and the room was exceptionally comfortable. The lighting was warm and inviting, and the hotel had energy-efficient options. this is a very fine hotel.

Almost perfect! However, we had issues with the concierge for dinner reservations and the hotel ignored my request for down-free bedding, which was rude and dangerous due to my allergies. 🙄

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the spa and wellness center was a highlight, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. the outstanding restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, including beautifully plated in-room breakfast. the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel provides private facilities that add value to the guests' experience.

The location of the hotel wasn't central, so it was a bit far from some of the major attractions. Despite this minor issue, the hotel made up for it with their exceptional service, which included a snack bar, packed lunches, and special diet menus.
