Friendly and attentive staff create a welcoming atmosphere.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The lift was in a poor state, with scruffy and old-looking carpets that gave a bad first impression. Additionally, while the breakfast options seemed promising, the price was steep, and the food couldn't match the high expectations set by the hotel’s reputation. Overall, I felt the quality didn’t justify the expense.

We enjoyed exploring the Waterford Greenway, a scenic 46km trail winding through beautiful landscapes, perfect for a family bike ride. Breakfast was delightful, and the staff were genuinely warm, making our stay with my fiance extra special.

We loved biking the Waterford Greenway, checking out the views from the bridges, and exploring the escape room nearby. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was on point. Parking was easy, only a few euros across the street. Totally recommend this spot!

We had an issue with some hot water in the bathroom. The sink had scalding water, which was a bit uncomfortable while showering. Just something to keep in mind.
