We had a great city break at this hotel. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially when we arrived early in the morning. They made sure we had a smooth check-in and helped us get settled quickly. the room was lovely and had all the amenities we needed, including a coffee machine. the location was also perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. We enjoyed exploring the area and felt like we were in the middle of everything.

The hotel had a few issues that could be improved. the noise from the traffic outside was quite noticeable in the rooms facing the front of the hotel.

I had a great 2nd visit to this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even for our late arrival. The room was warm, clean, and spacious. The hotel even invited us to play our ukuleles in the bar after dinner, which was a fun experience. The breakfast the next morning had plenty of choices. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

I had such a delightful stay at a hotel in Waterford recently. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I stepped in. The room I stayed in had a lovely view overlooking the river, which added to the overall charm. The dinner included in my package was exceptional, one of the best hotel dinners I've ever had. Breakfast was equally impressive, especially the delicious eggs Benedict. The bar had a great atmosphere and was the perfect place to relax on a rainy evening. From start to finish, my experience at Granville Hotel was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming vibe, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and beautiful location overlooking the river.

The value for money was great, with a large, warm and cosy room. The location was excellent, close to shops and attractions. The staff at Granville were friendly, professional and welcoming.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety or options.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel important and valued as a guest. The food was absolutely delicious, and the large bar area provided a great atmosphere. The location was also perfect, right in the city center with convenient parking. Despite a few minor issues like a noisy room and a lack of air conditioning, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel ticks all the boxes - clean and tastefully decorated rooms with front views overlooking the river Suir and in easy walking distance to the many historic sights in the town. The staff are friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food. a fantastic experience.

Ornate 18th-century building with shiny brass work and colourful leaded glass. Homely style, generous-sized room, and comfy beds. Exceptionally clean with no chipped paint, old carpets, or old furnishings. Perfect location for Waterford sightseeing and Viking Trail walk. Warm and welcoming staff throughout.
