The rooftop offered breathtaking views and a refreshing pool, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the atmosphere. The hotel's rustic design with exposed brick and ivy added a charming touch to my holiday experience. Additionally, the location was key as it allowed easy access to nearby attractions and the bustling city.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the room felt cramped and the layout made it difficult to navigate without bumping into the furniture and knickknacks.

I gotta say, this hotel was worth every penny. The room on the 2nd floor was cozy and had all the comforts like AC, Wi-Fi, and hot/cold water. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions but tucked away on a quiet side street. And the staff? Absolutely outstanding, they treated us like VIPs the whole time. Radisson Individuals really knows how to do hospitality right.

The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement, maybe add some more options. But other than that, no complaints!

The breakfast, prepared by the talented kitchen staff, was homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The entire staff, especially Arnold, Rafael, Jefferson, Keisy, and Eddie. This hotel provided one of our best hotel experiences to date.
