The hostel had a great location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and key attractions. It was also tucked away from the street, so it was nice and quiet. the staff were friendly and helpful, giving great tips and always willing to assist. the beds were really comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness could be improved. the rooms weren't properly cleaned and it seemed like they hadn't even been swept.

We had a fantastic stay at the hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, available 24 hours a day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft sheets and comfortable beds. The heating worked well, keeping the rooms warm. We also loved the spacious breakfast room, with plenty of charging outlets and comfortable chairs. The bar had a great selection of drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. The highlight was the all-you-can-eat breakfast for just 6 euros. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many tourist attractions and close to several metro stops. There were also bike rental options nearby. The shared bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained throughout the day. The wifi on the top floor worked perfectly, allowing us to stay connected. We also appreciated the convenience of a grocery store and cafes next door, as well as the filtered water stand at reception for refilling our bottles.

We enjoyed the very nice reception staff and the good facilities with a washing machine and dryer. The hostel also had a bar that sold beer and plenty of common areas for hanging out. The location was great with a good train connection, and the breakfast buffet was nice, including tea and coffee. The 24-hour reception with a bar and snacks was a bonus, and we really liked that the rooms were locked for added security.
