We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room on the 25th floor had amazing views and was very comfortable. the bed was beautiful and provided a great night's sleep. the hotel is conveniently located, just a 3-4 minute walk away from shopping centers and the train station. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. a fantastic hotel experience.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at Sivatel. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and had beautiful designs. The breakfast served on the 8th floor next to the swimming pool was a delightful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel facilities, including the infinity pool, were great. The value for money was excellent.

sivatel exceeded my expectations; felt like a warm specialty hotel with all amenities, open spaces, attentive staff, and breathtaking views. the breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with organic produce and homemade yogurt!

The room was decently clean and came with some complementary perks like a toothbrush and shampoo. the hotel was in a convenient location, within walking distance to public transport and some local restaurants. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful when checking in.

My overall experience here was negative. the breakfast was overpriced and not up to par with what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

They even offered to call the airline for me due to the language barrier. The room on the 25th floor had stunning views and was very comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, with shopping centers and a train station just a short walk away. The breakfast offered a great selection and was delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Thailand.
