During my recent Easter stay, I was impressed by the clean and comfortable rooms offered at this hotel, as well as its convenient location near transport links. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to provide friendly and helpful service, making my stay especially comfortable and welcoming.

One aspect that I found disappointing was the additional charge for WiFi, which I believe should have been inclusive in a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, I felt that the facilities seemed inadequate for the number of guests, as some staff even suggested going elsewhere for service.

The hotel’s spa was fantastic, providing excellent treatments to help us relax during our city break. the breakfast options were diverse and satisfying. the location was perfect for exploring the city center, with all the main attractions just a short distance away. Plus, the beds were very comfortable!

the Wi-Fi was very expensive, making it difficult to stay connected during our trip. the décor in the room was outdated, which detracted from the overall experience.

The price was incredibly affordable in comparison to other cities, making it an excellent value. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the absence of a Michelin star restaurant and some technology issues, these did not detract from the overall exceptional experience. The spa was top-notch, and the newly renovated rooms were comfortable and stylish. The highlight of my stay was the attentive and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I felt like a valued guest throughout my time at Waldorf Astoria. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality, convenience, and excellent service.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Berlin and I was really impressed with the facilities and amenities. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and the windows were amazing at blocking out outside noise, making my stay very relaxing. The location was perfect, just steps away from the metro entrance, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel also had a rooftop terrace bar with friendly staff and delicious drinks, including homemade lemonade. I also enjoyed using the spa facilities, including the pool and hot tub.

We stayed at a hotel near a very beautiful church, which was just a short walk to the nearby Christmas market. The room was spacious with a large flat-screen TV, and the bathroom was luxurious with a large soaking tub and heated floors. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, and the breakfast in the hotel cafe was delicious with fresh food and quick service.

The hotel charged a ridiculous fee of 25 euros per day for wifi, which felt like robbery considering it is cheaper to use roaming.
