Spent a wonderful xmas there. Very comfy rooms and friendly staff. Loved the afternoon coffee and cake get togethers. Breakfasts excellent. Fine dining experience. Fabulous breakfast and incredible views. Great patio and bar area, pool and sauna. Right in downtown. Would return in a heartbeat!

No laundry facilities. Had to contract an outside company which wasn’t available through weekends.

I recently stayed at Hotel Zugspitze for a week-long getaway and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is conveniently close to the train station and within walking distance of the town center. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and a great coffee machine. The complimentary minibar beverages were a lovely touch. The spa services were outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and wellness area. The staff was courteous and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of my stay was the delicious four-course dinners served at the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful features and exceptional service.

We recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a prime location. The room we had was spacious and clean, with separate toilet and shower rooms. The hotel also had a bar where we enjoyed drinks after dinner. The breakfast provided was decent and there was a convenient grocery store nearby.

The reservation process was simple and accurate, and the hotel assisted with ordering and delivering a birthday cake. Dinner arrangements were also made smoothly, with a private area and a dedicated waiter who provided great service.
